Prerequisites:
In order to qualify for PMP certification you need to comply with requirements set by PMI.
Preparation for PMP exam:
Class PMP certificate takes 36 class hours. It is focused on preparation of students to pass PMP exam. It covers five phase of project life cycle and nine knowledge areas as set by PMI.
Exam Fees:
Class includes PMP certification exam fees. Exam Fees may include PMI one year membership fee

- Risk management plan (qualification, quantification, and response)

- Develop project plan (from above parts)
- Finalize project plan and sign off
- Hold kickoff meeting
- Execution

- Manage project progress (verify and control)
- Complete work packages (deliverables)
- Distribute information (stakeholder management)
- Quality assurance (execution of the plan)
- Progress/status meetings (status reports from down and progress reports up)
- Identify changes (execute change plan)
- Use work authorization system where applicable
- Manage by exception to the project plan (make sure everything is good and intervene only to issues and problems
